- The top four in the league table go to the semi-finals on June 12, 2027: first plays fourth, and second plays third.
- The two winners meet in the final on June 26, 2027.

Saracens won the 2025-26 final. Gloucester-Hartpury topped that season's table with 73 points, two ahead of Saracens.

The PWR Cup is separate from all of this: its semi-finals and final, on October 31 and November 7, decide the Cup, not the league title.
