About

The Euroleague is Europe's top club competition in women's basketball, run by FIBA Europe under the name EuroLeague Women. Sixteen clubs from across the continent play its regular season, from Türkiye, Spain, France, Italy, Czechia, Poland and beyond.

It runs from October to April, through the WNBA's offseason, and many WNBA players spend those months with a club here.

Every game streams free on the league's YouTube channel, live and on demand. A game can be unavailable there in a club's home country when a local broadcaster carries it.

Fenerbahçe won the 2025-26 title, beating Galatasaray in the final in Zaragoza.

Format

The season opens in late September with qualifiers that fill the last places in the field. The clubs that lose there move to EuroCup Women.

The regular season has two rounds. In the first, 16 clubs play in four groups of four, home and away, from October 14 to December 2. The top three in each group go on, and the fourth moves to EuroCup Women.

In the second round the 12 remaining clubs form two groups of six and keep every result from the first round. Each club plays the three it has not met yet, home and away, from December 16 to February 2.

Most games are on Wednesdays, with a few on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They tip off in the evening in Europe, which is late morning to mid afternoon Eastern.
