Format
- 9 teams in two pools of 5 and 4, each team playing the others in its pool once.
- A win earns four points and a draw two, plus bonus points; pools rank by points, then points difference.
- The top two teams in each pool go to the semi-finals; third to fifth place are out.
- Then single elimination rounds for the semi-finals, and the final championship match.
