Playoffs
The Women's Super League has no playoffs. The league table decides the title, and the bottom of the table decides relegation.
The title race
There is no playoff. The club with the most points after 26 matchdays is the champion, with goal difference then goals scored breaking ties.
The top three qualify for the UEFA Women's Champions League: the top two enter its league phase directly, the third-place club through a qualifying round.
Promotion and relegation
The 14th-place club is relegated to WSL 2 automatically, and the 13th-place club plays the WSL 2 runner-up for the final place in next season's league (May 29-30). The WSL 2 champion comes up automatically.
