WPBL2026 season
The Women's Pro Baseball League is the first professional women's baseball league in the United States since the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League dissolved in 1954. Its inaugural season is 2026, with four teams: the New York Heights, Boston Hunters, Los Angeles Queens, and San Francisco Firebells.
Rosters were built from a league-wide draft rather than signings, so every team started the season from the same pool of players.
Every game streams on ESPN Select, with eleven regular-season games also simulcast free on the Scripps Sports Network; outside the US the league streams games on YouTube (see the watch notes on any WPBL game).
The 2026 regular season is 15 games per team, 30 in all, from August 1 to September 6. Each team plays the other three five times.
Every game is played at Robin Roberts Stadium in Springfield, Illinois. There is no home-field advantage; the team listed as home is simply the one batting last.
