Why does a where-to-watch answer look wrong?

Verdicts come from the services and market you set. Check them under More → Settings: the streaming services and TV you have, and the zip code that sets your local market. If those are right and a listing is still wrong or missing, email us the game link and what you saw. We correct broadcast data by hand and would rather hear about it than guess.

Can I hide scores until I have watched?

The spoiler shield hides final scores on your schedule and results lists so you can watch later. Turn it on under More → Settings. Scores stay hidden until you tap a game to reveal it. Opening a game's own page always shows the result.

Do I need to sign in?

• Browsing never needs an account. Signing in adds follows and settings that sync across your devices.
• Accounts are created with an email link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam, and make sure the address is one you can receive mail at.
• Once you have set a password you can sign in with it on any device. Forgot it? Request an email link and set a new one.

How do I delete my account?

More → Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account, in the app and on the web. Deletion is immediate and removes the account and everything stored with it. Your device keeps its watch setup until you clear it.

Why does the app look out of date?

The iPhone app picks up fixes on launch without an App Store update. If something looks stale, close the app fully and open it twice. If it persists, email us the version from the More tab.
