Dub Sports is a free website that serves as an information hub for women's sports, including schedules, stats, streaming/broadcast availability, and related content. The Service does not currently charge for access, and no purchase is required to create an account or use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Streaming availability and pricing are subject to change by the underlying provider without notice, and Dub Sports makes no guarantee that content will be available as described. Links to third-party websites or services (including streaming platforms) are provided for convenience only; we do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and the "Dub Sports" name and branding, is owned by Promar Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service or its content without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Content (such as stats, schedules, and broadcast data) remains the property of its respective owners and is used or displayed under applicable rights or licenses.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMAR LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Promar Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and, where available, delete your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6 through 9) will survive.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Service is controlled and operated from the United States and is accessible to users worldwide. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in every location. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, to the extent local laws apply. Regardless of your location, these Terms are governed by Delaware law as set out in Section 13.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Promar Labs LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
